Fyligo is provided by the individual publisher identified in its official app-store listing (the “Publisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use Fyligo.
Files and document content
Fyligo processes files you select, share into the app, or scan. Approved file-processing workflows run on your device. We do not upload your files, document text, OCR results, filenames, PDF passwords, or image content to our servers merely to perform those workflows.
A usable internet connection is required immediately before a processing task can start in the free, ad-supported experience. The app checks network availability; it does not upload the selected file to perform that check. If connectivity is lost after local processing starts, the task can continue on-device.
The app may create temporary work files, completed outputs, and local history in private device storage. Temporary data is cleaned automatically. Outputs and history remain until you delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall, subject to platform backup behavior. When you choose Share, the operating system sends only the output you selected to your chosen recipient, whose privacy terms then apply.
Document scanning and text recognition use on-device platform or Google ML Kit components. Those components may download modules or models and may process operational diagnostics under their own terms, but Fyligo does not send the selected document content to our servers.
Advertising and consent
Fyligo is supported by advertising supplied through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or receive IP-derived general location, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, app and ad interactions, advertising data, and crash, performance, fraud-prevention, or other diagnostic data. Google may use and share this information as described in its policies. Ad requests use encrypted connections.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before the app requests ads. If a Privacy options control appears in Fyligo Settings, you can use it to review or change those choices. On Apple devices, the operating system may separately request permission for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. Declining does not prevent use of Fyligo.
Ad formats may include an anchored banner on a passive screen, an interstitial at a natural transition, or a user-initiated rewarded ad for a large task. If an ad is unavailable or fails, the requested file operation can continue.
Where permitted by applicable law and the user's privacy choices, Google may share the device's full IP address with eligible advertising buyers in ad bid requests to help assess ad quality, relevance, fraud prevention, and inventory value. Full IP address sharing is restricted for certain privacy-regulated and limited-ad requests.

Firebase services
Fyligo uses only Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config.
- Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled by default. The app enables them only when its applicable consent process permits collection, and disables them again when consent is withdrawn. Events use fixed categories and coarse buckets. Crash records use a fixed failure category and a technical stack, not raw app error messages.
- Remote Config retrieves operational and monetization settings. It may use a Firebase installation identifier and technical request information, but Fyligo sends it no file content or task data.
None of these services receives file contents, filenames, local paths, OCR or document text, PDF passwords, or image content from Fyligo.
Permissions
Depending on the device and feature, Fyligo may request camera access to scan a document, photo-library access to select images, or access to a file chosen through the operating-system picker. The permission is used only for the feature you request and can be changed in system settings.
Accounts, children, and sensitive data
Fyligo does not require an account. We do not sell file or document content. The app is not designed to collect payment, health, financial, precise-location, contacts, or login information.
Fyligo is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s document content. Advertising age treatment and store audience settings are configured separately for release.
Your choices and deletion
You control which files Fyligo opens and which outputs it creates. Delete an output from local history, clear app storage, or uninstall to remove local data. Because Fyligo has no account and we do not receive document content, we cannot retrieve or delete a server copy of those files. Rights relating to information processed by Google should also be exercised through Google’s controls.
Security and international processing
Fyligo uses platform private storage and encrypted connections for third-party service requests. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google or its partners may process service data in other countries under their published safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy if Fyligo, its providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
